What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

Our Answer

If you're more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment you forfeit your time and are marked as a No Show. Students who get three (3) No Shows in a semester will be blocked from making appointments for the rest of the semester. (Note: you can still drop in for Math tutoring).
