FAQ

The Question

I need to cite my answers to questions in my textbook. For one of my classes I am being asked to look for help and tips on how to cite my answers to the questions in our class book “Positive Discipline” book by author Jane Nelson.

Our Answer

Hello,

We've seen many students from your class, but you are the first to send the necessary information on your textbook. Thank you.

I talked with your teacher and she wants you to use APA, 7th edition. Below, I've linked to a research guide entitled, "Ready, Set, Cite (APA 7th)" that will teach you everything you need to know to cite your sources in this format (linked below). It will also teach you much more, but if you just want to look at the Reference List page, I've linked to that page below as well.

After you've looked over the guide, please be sure to contact us again with any follow-up question.

Best,

Iris Carroll, Librarian
