Thank you for emailing me. So far this is what I’ve done and found:
1. I searched EBSCO for the terms king tut and sarcophagus. I limited my results to scholarly sources and found two articles. I think the second one may be the most useful.
2. I searched Gale for the terms king tut and sarcophagus. I limited my results to academic journals and found two articles. I think the first one may be the most useful and it happens to be the same useful article I found in EBSCO.
3. I then search Google Scholar, which is a part of Google that only indexes scholarly literature on the web and found a google book ( an entire book made available on the web) entitled, The Tomb of Tut-Ankh-Amen: Discovered by the Late Earl of Carnarvon and Howard Carter, that was published by Cambridge University Press, which makes it a scholarly publication. Here’s the url < http://books.google.com/books?id=QD8CoF37zscC&lpg=PA1&ots=bAFbA3NiNf&dq=king%20tut%20and%20sarcophagus&lr&pg=PA1#v=onepage&q=king%20tut%20and%20sarcophagus&f=false >.
Please let me know if you need any more help.
