The Question

What happens if I can't make my appointment?

Our Answer

To cancel a tutoring appointment, you must call at least one (1) hour in advance. For East campus call, (209) 575-6346 and West campus (209) 575-6676.

  • Cancelations made with less than one hour notice will be marked as a No Show.
  • Two cancelations made 1-24 hours in advance will count as one No Show.
  • Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance are not counted against you.

Remember, if you get three (3) No Shows in one semester, you won't be able to make a tutoring appointment for the rest of that semester. You will be able to get tutoring on a walk-in basis as available.
