Do i need a student identification card to purchase a book needed for a class?

Our Answer

Good morning,

You purchase books from the Pirates Bookstore located in the Student Center. Based on information contained on their website, I believe you need to show your schedule. I see that you can purchase your books online through the Bookstore's website and pick them up in the Bookstore.

If you want to borrow a textbook from the library that we may have on Reserve for your class, you will need a picture ID but it does not necessarily need to be your MJC ID.
