Have you tried Gale Virtual Reference Library? It's a online collection of subject-specific encyclopedias which you'll find on our Find Articles page that is on the Library & Learning Center homepage. When I searched for caffeine I found hundreds of articles. The ones at the top come from a variety of encyclopedias--chemistry, drugs, science, nutrition, and more--that could be useful, depending on the exact information you need.
If you go to the WorldCat - Find Books & More search box on the library homepage and look in our catalog, you'll find many books that could work for you. If you use the Advanced Search option, you can search caffeine as a subject--there are just a few, but the entire book is about caffeine in each case. If you seach caffeine as a keyword, you'll get more titles. Each book should at least have something about caffeine in it, though caffeine may not be the subject of each.
If you need more, let us know. We can look in our periodical databases if you have specific questions you need answered.
